How can I pay at The Caz?

We’re a CASHLESS venue, accepting VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for all transactions, including the box office and bars. ID verification may be required. Merchandise payment options depend on the event.

For a seamless experience, we recommend setting up a Toast account in advance, so you can pay easily using our QR Code system during the show.

How do I use the QR code to order?

No need to wait in line! Simply scan the QR code with your phone’s camera to access the menu. You can place your order directly from your phone, and our staff will bring your food and drinks right to your seat.

For General Admission tickets, we will deliver to the location where you scanned the QR code, whether at a drink rail or the bar. You also have the option to pick up your order at the service window if you prefer.

What are the different types of events at The Caz?

Dinner and a Show Experience • Treat yourself to the ultimate evening out with our all-inclusive package, featuring show tickets and a specially catered dinner. Enjoy a fresh salad, homemade breadsticks, and your choice from several entrée options prepared just for you. With all fees, taxes, and service charges included, you’re free to sit back, relax, and savor every moment. Beverages sold separately.

Reserve your seats and dinner in advance online—sales close the day before the show.

Seating begins at 6 PM with a fresh salad starter. Dinner is served at 7 PM, and the show starts promptly at 7:30 PM.

Cabaret • Plenty of seats to go around, so why not treat yourself to our á la carte menu? Arrive early, relax, and enjoy a meal or small plates to set the tone for a fantastic evening of live music or comedy. Purchase tickets online in advance to reserve the best seats, and any remaining seats can be purchased at the door on the day of the show.

General Admission • Seating on the main floor is limited, but mezzanine upgrades are available for a more elevated experience. Enjoy selections from our à la carte menu, available for food service before or during the show. Tickets can be purchased online in advance or at the door on the day of the event, while supplies last.

Why can I only buy "Dinner and a Show" tickets in advance?

To deliver top-tier dining and service, we need to prepare meals in advance, similar to catering. This ensures everything is ready and of the best quality for your experience.

When purchasing tickets, be sure your dinner choices match the number of tickets. Our system currently allows more flexibility, but we’re working on streamlining it to make things easier.

What’s included in the All-Inclusive Dinner?

Your ticket includes admission to the show along with a two-course dinner, depending on the event. All fees, taxes, and service charges are also covered in your ticket price, ensuring a seamless experience.

Please note that beverages are sold separately and can be purchased à la carte at the venue.

For added convenience, we recommend setting up a Toast account in advance, allowing you to quickly pay for beverages using our easy QR Code system during the show.

Why is there a service charge at The Caz?

We’ve designed our systems to prioritize efficiency and a smooth guest experience, and a service charge is part of maintaining that standard. We apply an 18% gratuity to ensure our hardworking team is fairly compensated for making your experience exceptional. An additional 2% order management fee supports seamless credit card processing, helping us maintain a smooth and efficient guest experience in a cashless environment.

While additional gratuities are always appreciated, they are never expected. If any part of your visit doesn’t meet expectations, our managers are always happy to discuss your concerns.

How do I upgrade my tickets at The Caz?

After selecting your General Admission ticket, you’ll have the option to upgrade to mezzanine seating for a more elevated experience. Just remember, Add-Ons don’t include admission, so make sure you have a General Admission ticket for entry.

If you change your mind later and want to upgrade, email us at info@thecazbuffalo.com. You can also check with our staff at the venue for last-minute upgrades on the night of the show.

Why are there no ticket fees?

Because we like to keep things easy! No surprises, no extra charges—just a smooth ride from the moment you buy your ticket to the final encore. We’ve taken care of the fees so you can focus on what really matters: the show, the food, and the fun!

What if I lost my ticket confirmation?

If you can’t find your confirmation, we’ve got you covered! Our staff can look up your purchase by name or confirmation number when you arrive. For assistance before the event, you can also email us at info@thecazbuffalo.com.

How do I cancel or transfer my ticket purchase?

All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend, please reach out to us at info@thecazbuffalo.com. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we may be able to offer a credit for a future event, depending on availability.

What do I need for admittance into the venue?

Most events at The Caz are 21+, so bring a valid ID to enter. We follow NYS laws closely, meaning anyone who looks under 40 must provide proof of age. Acceptable IDs include a driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID. If your ID is from a foreign country or raises concerns, we may ask for a second form of identification.

Some shows are open to all ages—please check event details to confirm entry requirements.

Is there a dress code?

We’re all about keeping the night classy at The Caz. There’s no strict dress code, but we kindly ask that you skip anything too casual or unkempt. Dress to match the energy of the night and enjoy the show in style!

What time do doors open?

Doors open about 2 hours before the show, usually at 6pm for an 8pm performance. We recommend arriving early to enjoy a meal from our menu before the show begins.

When does the show start?

You can find the door and show times on the events or calendar page of our website. Keep in mind, times may change, so it’s a good idea to confirm the day of the event.

Is food available at the venue?

Absolutely! Take a look at our menu to see what’s available during your visit.

What time do you serve food?

Dinner and a Show: Dinner is served between 6:15 PM and 7:45 PM, with the show beginning promptly at 8:00 PM.

Cabaret & General Admission: Our à la carte menu is available from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

Times may vary by event and will be noted.

What are the parking options?

You can park in our spacious lot behind the venue, or take advantage of ample street parking in the area.

How can I reserve ADA seating?

Yes, ADA seating is available but limited.

For Dinner and a Show and Cabaret events, you can select your seats when purchasing tickets. Seats at tables on the main floor (indicated by those next to small grey boxes) are ADA accessible, with the best options being those closest to the aisles. However, high-top drink rail seats (indicated by those behind the long grey bars) may not be suitable for ADA needs.

For General Admission events, the main floor may have open or limited seating. In these cases, we will work to find the best available location for our ADA guests.

What’s your bag policy?

Only small bags and purses are allowed inside the venue. Backpacks and larger bags are not permitted, except for medical purposes.

Is there a coat check?

Yes, coat check is available during shows in the fall and winter months.

Is there a curfew?

Curfews depend on the event, but we’re usually closed by midnight. For specific times, check the event details.

Is there a box office?

We don’t have a traditional box office, but we do sell tickets to patrons already at an event. That said, your phone is the ultimate box office—buy tickets 24/7 from our website!
