Prairie Pavement is an indie rock band from Buffalo, NY, known for their jangly guitars, melodic basslines, and intricate drums. Since forming in 2021, they’ve released two full-length albums—Prairie Pavement and Red Flags Last Forever—showcasing a wide range of influences, from the Latin groove of “I Saw Your Locket Hanging Itself” to the jazz-tinged “Rayon Sundress” and the punchy indie rocker “Glow Up.” Their high-energy live performances have made them a staple on some of Western New York’s most prominent stages. Always writing and recording, the band’s latest single, “My Cousin’s Graduation” (July 2024), has quickly become a fan favorite.
